We attended the Wichita Chinese Associations Chinese New Year Party last night. We had a wonderful time visiting with members of the Association and other parents of cute babies and girls from China. RaeAnne looked so cute. We need to get her more silk outfits. We don't have any in her size right now.
I notified our quilt lady and she is going to make ZoraLin a cuddle quilt. We have chosen some beautiful fabrics for the quilt.
We are hoping that the CCAA will hurry and get ZoraLin's referral to us very soon after they return from their Chinese holiday. We are anxious to see if we will get the chance to travel with our group. I also want to know if we will have to re-file our I-600 with the INS. Our I-171H expires 04/26/2003.
Nicholas is anxious to find out when we will travel too. He will come here this weekend. He will be surprised to find I "cleaned" his room this last week.
As hard as this all has been, we are hanging in there. We have been reminded by many that the red thread that connects us may stretch or tangle, but never break. Ours has stretched and stretched and lately has become very tangled, but we know we are getting very close to the little one we are destined to meet. We can not wait to engulf ZoraLin in a big family embrace.
